An LMS site providing convenient online courses, client education, and staff competency tracking created for clients of RxTOOLKIT®.
We started out by creating a “sister” identity to the main RxTOOLKIT® brand, then built and styled the Moodle LMS site to mirror the brand’s look and feel. The site is fully responsive and SEO optimized.
We linked the Moodle LMS site with an e-commerce site where clients purchase courses (RxTOOLKITeLEARNING.com). We fully integrated the registration process with purchases. This included a single sign on, meaning if a student buys a course they are automatically registered and provided with login credentials and instructions for accessing their course.
We helped the client organize the program structure and then built course shells. We worked closely with them to develop the course content and flow. As of January 2022, there were over 250 students using the site. We also provided ongoing admin support including customer assistance, help desk, managed hosting, and updates.
We also worked directly with them to develop a staff competency-tracking program, a one-of-a-kind, in the field. The programs provided annual re-certification and enabled management to track staff competency on a year-round basis.
